Undine Barge Club is committed to expanding diversity, equity, and inclusion in our rowing club and our sport. We stand against racism, hate, bigotry, and intolerance, and we pledge to act accordingly.  We strive to make Undine a safe, welcoming, accessible space for those who enjoy the sport of rowing, particularly those historically under-represented in their access to rowing.

About the Undine DEI Committee

The Undine DEI committee was formed in 2021 and is charged with furthering these and future related actions. The objective of the committee is to celebrate and expand DEI within our club and broader rowing community.
